Our Story

After feeling frustrated by the lack of nutrient-dense flour options available in local Nashville, TN grocery stores, I founded Gourmet Grain Co. to provide healthier alternatives that harness the full nutrient value of ancient and modern grains.

Organic

All of our flours come from certified-organic grain berries and are processed in a nontoxic facility free of harsh chemicals and detergents.

Non-GMO

We source wheat berries grown naturally without genetic modification. This supports sustainable farming practices while reducing unintended health risks.
